- What is n8n and do I need it?
- n8n is a free, open-source workflow automation tool. You'll need a running n8n instance (self-hosted or n8n Cloud) to import and use this workflow.
- How do I import the workflow?
- After purchase, download the JSON file. In n8n, go to Workflows > Import from File and select it. We'll then jump on a call so I can wire your credentials and get it running — that's included with every purchase.
- Is personalization really included?
- Yes. Every purchase includes a 1-on-1 setup call where I configure the workflow for your specific accounts — credentials, API keys, authentication, and a full end-to-end test. You don't pay extra to get it running.
- What if I want to customize the workflow beyond personalization?
- Add-on developer time is $30/hr, billed in 15-minute increments. This covers custom triggers, new integrations, different logic, additional outputs, or anything beyond the premade workflow. We'll scope what you need on the setup call.
- What if I get stuck?
- Reply to your purchase email anytime — I read every message personally and will help you get unstuck. Setup help is always free.
- Is there a refund policy?
- All sales are final — no returns or refunds. But setup help is included with your purchase, so you'll never be stuck with a workflow you can't run.
