Refund Policy

The short version

All sales are final. Digital products (Claude skills, automation packs, n8n workflows) are delivered immediately after purchase. Once delivered, no refunds.

If you also pay for customization & install— we'll get the workflow working in your specific environment. That's our guarantee. If we can't make it work for your stack, you get the customization fee back (the underlying product stays yours; the install service refund is what's on the line).

Why all sales are final on the digital products

The moment you click Buy Nowand your payment clears, you get an instant download link. The content (prompts, workflows, markdown files, configs) is yours to keep, modify, and use forever. Unlike a physical product, digital downloads can't be "returned" — once you have the files, the transaction is complete.

This is standard for digital marketplaces (Gumroad, Etsy digital downloads, Notion templates, etc.) and matches Stripe's guidance on digital goods.

The customization & install guarantee

When you book a paid setup session (separate from buying the digital product itself), we work with you 1:1 to get the workflow live in your environment. That includes:

  • Adapting prompts or workflows to your specific tools, data, and stack
  • Wiring up integrations (Stripe, Notion, Slack, n8n, etc.) to your accounts
  • Testing the end-to-end flow with you watching
  • One follow-up session if something breaks within 30 days

If we can't get it working in your environment for reasons within our control, the customization fee is fully refunded. The underlying digital product (which you already downloaded) stays yours.

Reasons outside our control include: third-party API changes, account permissions we don't have, your refusal to provide required credentials, or scope changes mid-engagement.

Exceptions

We'll refund a digital product purchase if:

  • The download link doesn't work and we can't resolve it within 48 hours of you reporting it
  • The product description was materially wrong about what's inside (and you flag it within 7 days)
  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • The product was free-as-advertised but your card was charged anyway

How to request a refund (in the qualifying cases above)

Email josh@thetalkinghedge.com within the timeframes above with your order email + product slug. Approved refunds process within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
