What Are n8n Workflow Templates?
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. Think of it as a visual programming tool where you connect nodes — each node is a step like "fetch data from an API," "send an email," or "update a spreadsheet."
A workflow template is a pre-built automation exported as a JSON file. When you import it into your n8n instance, all the nodes, connections, and logic are already wired up. You just add your own credentials and hit activate.
I curated and built each template to solve a specific business problem — lead capture, content distribution, data sync, reporting, and more. Every template has been tested in production environments.

- Your own n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted)
- API credentials for the services in the workflow (e.g., OpenAI, Gmail, Slack)
- Basic familiarity with n8n (or hire help — see below)

Download JSON
After purchase, download the .json workflow file from your confirmation email or account page.
Import into n8n
Open your n8n instance, go to Workflows, click the menu, and select "Import from File." Choose the JSON file.
Connect & Activate
Add your own API credentials for each service in the workflow, test the connections, and flip it to active.
